Level 1 Tumbling is an introductory class that focuses on basic positions and skills on Floor and Tumble Track. No prior tumbling experience required for this class. Students will work on Handstands, Rolls, and Bridges.

Level 4 Tumbling is for students who have prior tumbling experience looking to further their advanced skills. Students will master their Handsprings and begin the connected tumbling passes.

Level 2 Tumbling is designed for students with more experience to work on Cartwheels, Back Bends and Bridge Kickovers.
LEVEL 5 TUMBLING

Level 5 Tumbling is our most advanced tumbling class. This class is for students who have mastered their Round Off Back Handspring. Students will further their advanced experience and work on Front and Back Tucks, and Aerials.
LEVEL 3 TUMBLING

Level 3 Tumbling is a more advanced class for students that have mastered the basics. Students will learn how to perform a Round Off, Front Walkover, Back Walkover and start the basics of Front and Back Handsprings.
