RECREATIONAL PROGRAM
Our Recreational Program at Vernon Hills Gymnastics focuses on developing proper body positions, flexibility and strength to complete the fundamental skills of gymnastics. Our Recreational Classes mirror the USAG Levels 1, 2 and 3. Students are required to master all skills before advancing to the next level.

GIRLS REC 1
This is an introductory class to USAG Level 1 skills. No prior gymnastics experience is required to enroll.
GIRLS REC 2
This class builds upon fundamental skills learned in Girls Rec 1. Students will perfect their USAG Level 1 skills with no spotting and focus more on their body positions, form and technique for more advanced skills.
GIRLS REC 3/4
This class is a more advanced class for students who have mastered their fundamental skills. Students will be introduced to USAG Level 2 skills with minimal spotting.
