This fun-filled gymnastics program helps children build motor skills, coordination, confidence, and foundational gymnastics skills in an encouraging environment.

Class Description
Parent & Tot classes will introduce your toddler to gymnastics in a fun and engaging way! Students will be introduced to the basics of gymnastics while also learning to follow directions, take turns, and develop a coach/student relationship. Parents will be hands-on with their child throughout the class.

For Ages
3-4
Class Description
Preschool classes are for students who are ready to focus and participate safely and independently. Your child will have fun while learning basic gymnastics skills and shapes. Our creative bars, beam, and floor stations will improve their motor skills, balance, and coordination.

Must turn 3 by September 1st, 2027.
For Ages
4-5
Class Description
Pre-K classes are for students who are ready to focus and participate safely and independently. Your child will have fun with our creative bars, beam, and floor stations that will improve their motor skills, balance, and coordination. Our Pre-K class will prepare your child for our Kindergarten class.

Must turn 4 by September 1st, 2027.
For Ages
5-6
Class Description
Kindergarten classes are for students who are ready to focus and participate safely and independently. Kindergarten students will safely transition to some of our “Big Equipment”. Students will enjoy learning beginner gymnastics skills like forward and backward rolls, handstands and bridges. They will also work on flexibility, balance, and strength.

COACH STACEY
Preschool Program Director
Our Preschool Program Director, Coach Stacey brings over two decades of coaching experience and a deep understanding of biomechanics to her role as Preschool Gymnastics Director. Coach Stacey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, which serves as the foundation for her coaching philosophy. She directly applies this scientific expertise to design progressive, age-appropriate lesson plans that target critical milestones in early childhood development, spatial awareness, and motor skill coordination.
